v0.3.8 "Particles..Particles Everywhere!...Oh and perks too"
+ Added the foundation for a perk system. Right now there are only stat based perks (Increased base ball damage, Reduced Xp Loss when a World level is lost), But I will be adding more interesting perks in the near future.
* Played around with some particle effects and made some changes to how they look on the bricks.
+ Balls now have particles as well and they look dope as hell.
+ Added a trailing line on the main ball to make it easier to follow.
