v0.3 - "The Glitch Invasion Begins"
*    Completely reworked the UI
    - Removed the main menu entirely, now everything you need is on the same screen
    + The menus are now accessed by pressing on the back button on your phone or Esc on keyboard.
    + Shop is now fully functional. Right now there are only basic booster items and they're relatively cheap but I'll be adding more in the future.

*    Added Customized Levels
    + These levels are called Glitches and they'll appear every 5 levels for regular Glitches and every 10 levels for 'Glitch Fiends'
    + For now, these are just cool custom levels instead of procedurally generated, but over the coming weeks I will be adding specific interactions between the player and these glitch levels.

*    Tutorial
    + I feel like everyone in existence has already played a breakout game of some variety by now but just in case, I added a tutorial mode that teaches you how to play.
    + Considering extending that to the Stats menu just so the player has a better idea of what each stat means, For now just know that each stat currently just increases the powerup spawn chance.

*     PowerUps
    + Names! Finally...
    + Orange power ups are called Overdrives.
    + Blues are called Hypersurge.
    + Green are Pad A.I.

Future Plans:
*    Audio
    + Going to play around and see if I can make some good music and sound effects

*    More Custom Levels
    + Right now there are only two but the creation system is in place so it won't be hard to make new ones.

*    More Interactions between Glitch Levels and Player
    + Most Glitches will be hostile...
